Energy Cost Savings Program (ECSP)

ECSP can reduce company’s gas 35% electricity delivery bills by 45%. This program lasts for 12 years and phases out after 8 years. Application must be submitted before your lease is signed. Business Incentive Rate

The Business Incentive Rate (BIR) can save you an additional 25-30% off your electricity delivery charges. To qualify for the program you must consume a minimum amount of 10 Kilowatts of electricity per month. You must also sign an agreement to increase employment by 10% over three years with the New York City Economic Development Corporation. NYC Energy $mart

New York City Energy $mart Communities provides access to many programs to help you save energy. These programs provide information, technical resources and financial incentives to help you make your business more energy efficient. Con Edison

Public Energy Solutions, through Con Edison, is offering a FREE lighting survey and lighting upgrade service to all eligible Commercial and Industrial Con Edison customers in the following select areas of Brooklyn and Queens: Crown Heights; Ridgewood; and Richmond Hill. This Con Ed program will help you:

  • Improve Your Lighting
  • Help Conserve Energy
