At the 2012 NYC Solar Summit, CUNY will unveil 'Solar Market Analytics, Roadmapping, and Tracking NY' (SMART NY) a plan supported by thirty City and State organizations. The Summit will kick off with the launch of an Intelligent IT platform for solar. Panel discussions will include topics such as permitting, financing, and interconnection as well as the latest in technology, manufacturing and storage. In addition, CUNY will present a strategy to transition the NYC Solar Map to a NYC Energy Map that will add in new features such as solar thermal data and marketing components.
