Identify the Opportunities
The first step is for ITAC to assess how your organization conducts its activities. The purpose is to identify and prioritize where Lean can have an impact, and to establish a baseline. A list of goals will be developed during this phase.

Together we will create a work plan for improvements. Included will be the development of “maps” for reaching the goals. Part of the process is to train your people to “think Lean” so that everyone is focused on the same goals, and so that the process can become self-sustaining.
Implement the Solution
One of the first steps of implementation is to target one area that can be used to demonstrate the success of Lean principles. From there we will move to a phased rollout. The process is multi-stepped, and involves mentoring, facilitation, instruction, and joint implementation with your company’s team.

Principles Of Lean Office & Administration Workshop
Reduced cost, improved quality, faster delivery — learn how to get all three. One-day workshop at our workshop venue, or if you request, at your location for groups of 12 to16 people.
At this workshop you will learn Lean principles and how to apply them in an office environment. During the simulation exercises — as a member of the “ITAC Toy Co.”, you'll apply Lean concepts, as they apply to the office, such as standardized work, visual controls, batch-size reduction, pull systems, cell design and more. You'll experience first hand how Lean improves quality, reduces cycle time, improves capacity, reduces space, and increases profits.
